Collateral Security--Continuing Security Interest
COLLATERAL SECURITY--CONTINUING SECURITY INTEREST
For the purpose of securing payment of this instrument and all other indebtedness of maker to payee, and any renewals or extensions of this instrument or these indebtedness, whether joint or several, contingent or absolute, now existing or hereafter arising, maker hereby creates in favor of payee a continuing security interest in the following property and all the proceeds thereof: [Description of property], including all other property of maker that may at any time come into the possession or under the control of payee.
